Project: Mercer House

Client: Ellington Properties

Site Area: 20,000 sqm.

Landscape Area: 15,000sqm.

This was one of the first projects which I was in charge of during my term in the company. It is a mixed structure designed for the upmarket of Dubai. The first three levels are commercial spaces with Restaurants, Retail spaces and Premium Beach club. The levels above in two towers were residential.

The work I had to do for this project included, Landscape Design, Coordination with consultants, Schematic level Drawings, Detail Design drawings, Complex Landscape elements Design.
